Ms. Terry Fletcher joins us in her 22nd as a Healthcare Coding Consultant. She is the current 2008 Executive Chair for the Local Chapters Association of AAPC (AAPCCA). Terry is a past member of the National Advisory Board for the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC 2002-2005). She is the founding member and immediate past President of the South Orange County California AAPC local chapter. She is the past President, of the National Committee of Professional Association of Healthcare Coding Specialists. Ms. Fletcher is the President/CEO of Terry Fletcher Consulting, Inc., She is also the Director of Education for Coastal Career College in Southern California and a McVey Seminar Leader, teaching over 100 specialty coding seminars every year. Terry holds a bachelor’s degree (BS) in economics and multiple certifications in coding; CPC, CPC-Cardio, CPC-E/M, CCS-P, CCS, CMSCS and CMC. Her coding and reimbursement specialties include Cardiology, Peripheral-Cardiology, Evaluation and Management Coding, Interventional Radiology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn and Compliance.
